I have been using the dry core bit above for about a month now. The bit cuts extremely fast, and relatively cool. The lazer welded segments are secure and have yet to give any sign of trouble, or noticeable wear.The bond of the diamonds is impressive as well ; fast cutting, yet minimal wear. I am impressed!
I give this core bit a rating of 5 diamonds myself.
